absolutely dreadful.
It’s been over a year now and our deposit dispute hasn’t been resolved. Karen even had the nerve to send us an invoice with the £300 but then claim there was nothing to be paid as this was simply a discrepancy. She was terrible as our agent during our tenancy and is unsurprisingly even worse after.
To be fair, the other people I’ve spoken to seemed pleasant and willing so it isn’t all bad but having to deal with Karen was and remains absolutely dreadful.
