Might be wonderful to landlords, not for tenants.
Misinformation constantly, do not get back to you as promised- wouldn’t rent a property through them again. Lesson learned

I arranged a house viewing with Belvoir and they were exceptional. One of their agents Joe turned up on time and showed me the flat following all the social distance procedures. Their communication was fast and the referencing was the quickest I have seen. The team also replied to my emails each time I had a question and they were honest in their responses. I am yet to move into the property but judging by the level of professionalism they have showed, I cannot imagine them being any different if I ever need anything during my tenure. Plus side is that I really liked the apartment I took.
