    friendly

Thank you for your help in finding suitable tenants for the property. Unlike other agents I contacted, response was within half an hour offering friendly, expert advice over the phone, via email and on visiting the house.

    Would recommend

Friendly and efficient staff, very helpful with all our questions, which were many as we are 1st time tenants.
    Would recommend 😊

    exploitative and bullying managers

One of the most exploitative and bullying managers I have ever had the misfortune to come across. Michelle bullied the young apprentice to breaking point. The company I worked for at the time have refused to provide further apprentices.

I will definitely be using Belvoir again

Great service in difficult times. Michelle is extremely professional and got two of my properties rented as we came out of lock-down. I will definitely be using Belvoir again.

    Thank you very much

Michelle goes far and beyond, made us feel at home and welcome to Hull. Excellent customer service, cater to your needs, very customer focus. It was such a wonderful experience doing business with her. Her experience, knowledge, competence are tops. Thank you very much Michelle.

    the worst letting agency

As a professional landlord, this is the worst letting agency I have ever used. Tenant’s deposits not being protected, poor quality tenants, with a number of tenants not paying their rent within a month of moving in. Once evicted, lumbered with a £10k worth of repairs for each property concerned.
