    Incredibly poor service overall

    Incredibly poor service overall. The business was not proactive in seeking feedback following viewings, did not communicate with ourselves following viewings to our property, did not offer any feedback at all. When we wanted to discuss the options to potentially move the possible sale forward or options for reducing the selling price they did not want to engage at all. We subsequently found out that they should have also undertaken a number of mandatory checks to ensure anti money laundering and right to sell etc. none of these checks were carried out or even discussed.

    absolutely brilliant!

    ASPS found me the perfect tenant for my rental property and were absolutely brilliant! I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future for my other properties.
