Submitted first offer on a property as an opening bid , I was assured that if someone offered more then I would get an opportunity to increase my offer. However the next conversation informed me that a higher offer had been accepted so very poor on their part and a financial loss for the vendor..

Wasted my time
Turned Saturday morning for a viewing at 11, no one turned up!! Left them a massage and no reply!! Wasted my time thanks alot!

I wanted to view a property, the phone was answered (big points for that) by a very helpful woman who sorted me out with a viewing. Seemingly not a glowing report but actually answering the phone then being helpful and patient…that’s all I need.
